This oven performs like the traditional wood-burning oven because it’s built with the same materials. The only difference is the source of the heat – gas instead of wood.
Designed and developed in South Africa by an Italian Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing of pizza ovens.

Roma versus Venezia
The Roma model (below left) is the favourite with home-owners who prefer the classic look and warm terra-cotta finish.
On the other hand the Venezia model (below right) is more robust and practical for the commercial user. The outer shell is steel with a black finish. The primary air intake is protected from the wind by drawing from the insulating cavity.
