Two weeks later ...
Believe it or not this is going to be the third day I'll be eating pizzas. It's my wife's birthday and we have about 15 people coming over. I have about 16 doughs ready to party down and the cooler is filled with beer and soda. The other two days we had people over and the pizzas were excellent.

I am making incredible pizza, foccacia, pita bread, cheese bread, and even made some amazing bread rolls last night. Your oven is great, and very easy to use - I haven't even had one mistake since starting to use the oven, which is being used every night! This weekend I'll be making plaited bread and deep dish foccacia in the oven, as well as mini loaves.
